Fabien & Olivier
In 2011, two Frenchmen with a passion for cocktails and a dream of island life arrived in Gran Canaria. Fabien and Olivier brought with them the art of French mixology, and Eiffel Bar was born.
What started as a small cocktail bar in the Yumbo Centrum has become one of the most beloved venues on the island. Their philosophy is simple: use the finest ingredients, craft each cocktail with care, and treat every guest like family.
Over a decade later, the passion has not faded. Every evening, Fabien and Olivier personally welcome their guests and craft the cocktails that have made Eiffel Bar famous.
The Parisian Touch
