Free Weights
Our dedicated free weight zone features dumbbells from 1kg to 60kg, Olympic barbells, squat racks with safety bars, deadlift platforms, and adjustable benches.
Whether you're a powerlifter or a beginner, you'll find everything you need for a complete free weight workout.
Machine Floor
Over 50 resistance machines covering every muscle group. Hammer Strength, cable stations, Smith machines, and specialist equipment for targeted isolation work.
All machines are maintained daily and regularly replaced with the latest models.
Cardio Zone
Treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, assault bikes, and stair climbers. All with individual screens, heart rate monitoring, and pre-set programs.
Located on the upper level with views towards the Maspalomas dunes.
Functional Training
A dedicated area with battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, plyo boxes, medicine balls, and a turf sprint track.
Perfect for HIIT, circuit training, and sport-specific conditioning.
Group Class Studio
Air-conditioned studio with sprung floor, mirrors, sound system, and all the equipment needed for our diverse class timetable.
From high-energy spinning to relaxing yoga, our studio hosts 20+ classes per week.
