What started as two childhood friends — Mauricio Cruz and Daniel Contreras — sharing a love of coffee became something extraordinary. From a home operation to a mobile trailer to their brick-and-mortar location in September 2023, Gravves has always been about pushing the boundaries of what coffee can be.
