Fortu & Antonella
Fortunato, known to everyone as Fortu, and his wife Antonella left their home in Italy to bring authentic Italian flavours to Gran Canaria. Their tiny restaurant on Avenida 8 de Marzo has become one of the island's best-kept secrets.
With only 20-30 seats, Brigante offers an intimate, personal dining experience. Fortu cooks, Antonella hosts, and every guest leaves feeling like family.
